We work remotely. This means convenience for our team. But more importantly, it expands the base from which we can seek out new team members, allowing us to find outstanding people with the right skills and abilities.
Firm Retreat:
We host a firm retreat once to twice each year to build the rapport within the team and to spend time pursuing the vision of the firm.
